TEC NB - Teens Encounter Christ

An amazing weekend for youth aged 16 - 21. TEC2010 is taking place May 22-24 at Camp Medley. Application form now available.

TEC is a weekend free from the pressure and stress of school and work, where teens will experience living with others and with Christ in a Christian community. The program is based on talks and discussions. Worship is also an important part of the weekend, as is live music, fun and fellowship.

Canadian Lutheran Anglican Youth (aka CLAY) Gathering! - August 19-22, 2010, London, Ontario.

The Centre for Student Missions, Toronto is looking for groups to serve with them in the greater Toronto area. CSM Toronto partners with over 30 different organizations, missions, and churches in the city helping them serve in whatever capacities God has called them to - from soup kitchens to food banks, from day camps to after school tutoring - that's where we need you! By serving with CSM Toronto you help us help so many people!

Groups also spend time learning about Toronto, urban issues, and how we can be a part of making things better. Not only in the future, but hopefully changes we can start integrating in our present lives back home.

Most importantly we will be spending time to focus on God and advocate to Him for change here in the city. It is through God's work that we will really see miracles happen! And last but not least - We hope that you will have lots of opportunities to share the story of what God has done in your life! Through everything that you see, feel, and do, we hope that it brings each person deeper in love with Jesus!

Bullying is still a major issue for many children and young people. Some Bathurst youth have set up a website called BullyingCanada.ca for youth to explore issues around bullying. It·s worth checking out!
